- Utility Services: Discounted Airtime and Data VTU.
- Identity Services: BVN/NIN slip printing services.
- Business Services: CAC Business Registration and TIN Generation.
- Educational Services: JAMB profile codes, result checking, and Exam Tokens (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB).
- Gig Economy: Hosting and performing Remote Jobs/Micro-tasks.

2. Wallet and Funding System
Payments: Users can fund their wallet using the following supported payment methods:
- Zenith Pay (Palmpay): Virtual account funding via BVN verification. Transfer funds to your generated Zenith account for instant credit.
- PAGA Bank: Virtual account funding. Transfer any amount to your generated PAGA Bank account for instant wallet credit.
- PalmPay: Virtual account funding. Transfer any amount to your generated PalmPay account for instant wallet credit.
- Paystack Payment: Pay through multiple methods via Paystack including Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, USSD, and other supported payment options. A processing fee is deducted from your payment. Minimum funding amount is ₦500. All transactions are secure and processed through Paystack's trusted payment gateway. If you experience any payment issues, you can use the "Resolve Payment Issue" feature to requery your transfer using your Paystack payment reference (e.g., UMH-UMH-...). We will verify and credit your account if needed.
Balance Accuracy: For virtual account transfers (Zenith, PAGA, PalmPay), the exact amount you transfer is credited to your wallet. For Paystack payments (card, transfer, USSD, or other methods), a processing fee is deducted, and you receive the net amount in your wallet. Once your payment is confirmed, your wallet balance is updated immediately and is final.
No Reversals: Once your wallet is funded through a confirmed payment, it is non-refundable. The balance can only be used to purchase services on the platform. This applies to all payment methods (virtual account transfers and card payments). Card processing fees charged during Paystack payments are non-refundable.
Remote Job Payments: Earnings from Remote Jobs can be withdrawn either directly to your bank account or credited to your wallet balance. You can choose your preferred payment method when requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed instantly. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000.
3. Service-Specific Terms
NIN/BVN & Identity Services: You warrant that any NIN or BVN provided belongs to you or a consenting client. Using fraudulent identity documents is a crime. We cooperate fully with Nigerian Law Enforcement. All NIN and BVN services include multiple slip/card options (Regular, Standard, Premium) with varying features and costs.
NIN Modification Services: Users can modify their NIN records through our service. This includes corrections to personal data. All modification requests are subject to verification and approval. Processing times may vary based on the modification type requested.
BVN Services: BVN slips and card services are available. Processing is instant upon successful payment and verification.
Data Processing Transparency: When you request NIN or BVN verification services, your data is processed directly through the official NIMC (National Identification Management Commission) API. Umhustle does not store, access, or retain your NIN/BVN information. All personal identity data is transmitted securely and only used to retrieve your official government records. We have no access to or visibility of your sensitive identity information, ensuring complete privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.
JAMB Services: JAMB services include official document retrieval with 30–60 minute delivery (during working hours). Services include profile codes, result checking, and document generation. Processing may take longer if the JAMB network is temporarily unavailable. You must provide accurate candidate information (JAMB registration number, exam year, candidate name). "Under Review" status does not guarantee processing completion. You can check back on the same page after 30 minutes to 1 hour to view your result.
Exam Result Tokens (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB): Users can purchase official scratch cards and verification pins for instant result checking across all exam bodies. Tokens are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Each token is five times-use and non-transferable.
CAC Services: Business registration and CAC-related services are provided. Timelines for Business Registration are estimates. Umhustle is not liable for delays caused by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) server downtime or administrative processing delays beyond our control.
TIN Registration/Retrieval: TIN services are available for both Corporate (Business Name, Company, Incorporated Trustee, Limited Partnership, LLP) and Individual (NIN-based) registrations and retrievals. A service fee applies based on users request. All required information must be accurate and complete. Processing time depends on FIRS (Federal Inland Revenue Service) server availability.
Remote Jobs
- Submission: Workers must provide proof of work (Text or Screenshot) as requested by the Host.
- Approval: Payment for jobs is subject to Admin or Host approval. "Under Review" status does not guarantee payment.
- Ratings: Low work ratings may result in account suspension from the Remote Jobs section. In cases of duplicate job submissions or false job reports, your account may also be restricted or suspended.
4. Data Privacy & Security
Storage: Your data (Username, Email, Phone, and Password) is securely stored in our protected database system. Passwords are encrypted (hashed) and cannot be viewed in plain text by anyone.
Access: Only authorized system administrators can access necessary account and transaction records strictly for support, verification, and fraud prevention purposes.
Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long.
5. Referral Program
Bonus Eligibility: Referral bonuses are "Pending" until the invited user performs a paid transaction.
Anti-Spam: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself is "Gaming the System" and will lead to an immediate ban and forfeiture of all wallet balances.
5A. Account Upgrade
Upgrade Benefits: Users can upgrade their account to unlock premium features, priority services, and exclusive discounts on all services.
Upgrade Costs & Duration: Upgrade plans come with fixed durations and costs. Once purchased, the upgrade remains active for the specified period. After expiry, services revert to the standard plan.
Upgrade Discounts: Eligible users may receive fixed discount amounts on Data, Airtime, and other qualifying services when their account is upgraded.
Non-Refundable: Account upgrade payments are non-refundable. Once an upgrade is activated, it cannot be cancelled or transferred.
6. Payments and Fees
Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for Data, Airtime, or Exam Tokens without notice, based on market rates from providers.
Service Fees: A small processing fee may be deducted for identity verifications (NIN/BVN) to cover API costs.
Card Processing Fees: When funding your wallet using Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD, or other supported payment methods), a processing fee will be deducted from your payment amount before credit is added to your wallet. The net amount (total paid minus processing fee) will be credited to your wallet. Minimum funding amount for Paystack payments is ₦500.
7. Limitation of Liability
Umhustle is not liable for:
- Errors in NIN/BVN printing or modification if the user provided wrong information.
- Money lost due to sending funds to the wrong Account Number.
- Network failures from telecommunication providers during Data/Airtime delivery.
- Delays in JAMB service delivery due to JAMB network downtime or temporary unavailability.
- Delays in TIN processing caused by FIRS (Federal Inland Revenue Service) server downtime or administrative delays.
- Delays in CAC processing caused by Corporate Affairs Commission server downtime.
- Exam token delivery delays or failed activations beyond our control.
- Work quality disputes on Remote Jobs once work has been submitted and approved.
- Third-party service provider failures (NIMC, CAC, JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, FIRS, etc.).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
